Meghan selected a dress from the women-owned Colombian brand Johanna Ortiz in order to receive the Women of Vision Award. To further highlight the appearance, she made the decision to add her own style by leaving the straps off the Ideal Universe Midi-Dress. The Duchess accessorized the dress with a pair of 'naked' $1,350 gold heels by Tom Ford. The ankle strap had an eccentric padlock and key design. "Anchored by a sculptural metal heel, Tom Ford's Naked sandals are crafted of gleaming metallic leather in Italy," the online description says. "This pair is styled with signature lock hardware at the dainty ankle strap."

Meghan also wore a Cartier Love Bracelet for $7,350 and a Carolina Herrera Metropolitan Insignia clutch worth $1,100. Meghan completed her ensemble with a reasonably priced pair of hoop earrings from J Crew, choosing a sold-out style with large clear stones all around the hoop.
