'Marrying Millions': Rodney is gay and using Desiry as cover-up? Fans say he's getting his needs met elsewhere

Fans seem convinced that Rodney is gay and implied that he was hooking up with another man

Lifetime's 'Marrying Millions' Season 2 premiered this week and it has already gotten off to a controversial start. And it wouldn't be wrong to say that Rodney Foster and Desiry Hall are at the center of it. Desiry runs a non-profit, while Rodney owns a multi-million dollar wine company. On the surface, they may not seem like a good match but they got the much-in-love couple vibe going on.

But like most relationships, they have issues too. It concerns Desiry that Rodney, despite them having dated for over two years, wants to keep their relationship a secret. Even when the network released the trailer for this season, we see Desiry objecting to Rodney's wish to not showcase their relationship on social media. Desiry expects a ring and wants to get engaged, settle down with Rodney but he may have not yet brought up the topic.

Moreover, Rodney said: "My mom and I don't talk about our personal life." And this had fans convinced that Rodney is a closeted gay man and has been using Desiry to cover his truth. "Rodney is definitely gay and I wish closeted gay men would stop using women as a way to hide who the f**k they really are. WTF!?! #MarryingMillions," a fan commented.

"Rodney family know he's gay and will out his ass. They will be confused once desiry says she's his girlfriend. #marryingmillions," a user tweeted.

"Watching #MarryingMillions on @lifetimetv Desiree you picked another bad one. Rodney is gay and it’s awful he’s not honest abt it. He’s using you for a cover-up," a viewer pointed out.

"5 min into #marryingmillions and we know Rodney is definitely gay. At the minimum bi. Totally fine but his woman wondering why he won’t commit?" a fan asked.

"Yup! I have a feeling he’s getting his needs met in a different way," a user expressed.

"Desiry, At THIS STAGE AND AGE in life: When a man findeth his good thing, he puts a ring on it...QUICKLY AND WILLINGLY!  Rodney’s just not that into you. #MarryingMillions," another wrote.
