'Married with Children' and 'The Steve Harvey Show' are coming back on getTV

Both 'Married with Children' and 'The Steve Harvey Show' will be joining getTV's fall weekday line-up, that boasts other titles like 'First Families of Funny' and 'Funny Side Up'.

Come fall and two of your favorite sitcoms from the 80s and the 90s will be making a comeback on television, all thanks to getTV. As part of their sitcom-special September-October line-up, the network is all set to bring back its long-running popular sitcoms 'Married With Children', and 'The Steve Harvey Show' - offering just ample reasons to stay glued to the TV.

For the uninitiated, 'Married With Children' had first aired back in April 1987, eventually becoming FOX’s longest-running live action (non-animated) comedy. The series ran for eleven seasons and is also regarded as the first sitcom to have aired during primetime on the fledgling FOX network. At the heart of the series, though, was the dysfunctional Bundy family starring Ed O’Neill, Katey Sagal, Christina Applegate, David Faustino, David Garrison, Amanda Bearse and Ted McGinley.
