'Beau is Afraid'
Ari Aster's highly anticipated horror film 'Beau is Afraid' is set to hit theaters on April 21 where it will compete against other releases like 'Guy Ritchie's The Covenant,' 'Evil Dead Rise,' and 'To Catch a Killer.' This marks Aster's third feature film after his critically acclaimed works, 'Hereditary' (2018) and 'Midsommar' (2019).
The movie revolves around the character of Beau Wassermann played by Joaquin Phoenix, a mild-mannered but anxiety-ridden man whose life is turned upside down following the sudden demise of his mother, portrayed by Patti LuPone. Beau is forced to confront his darkest fears as he embarks on a surreal and Kafkaesque journey back home.
Carey celebrates Easter with twins and baby bunnies
