'Manifest' spoilers: Grace may have her life back but boyfriend Danny isn't going anywhere
After the end of episode 3, it is still unknown what awaits Ben and Radd. But the show made one thing clear- their bond will surely strengthen and blossom in friendship.
It was one legit tiny step forward for the mystery solving team in 'Manifest' and immediately a huge step behind as the third episode came to a close.
After the end of episode 3, it is still unknown what awaits Ben and Radd but the show made one thing clear, it is sure that fans and viewers will get to see their bond strengthen and blossom in friendship. And no matter how much Grace tried to reassure Ben that she no more requires Danny in her life since she has her husband back now, Danny is staying.
With everyone having their own questions regarding the forthcoming episodes, as to what might happen showrunner Jeff Rake revealed the answer to one of the most pondered questions in viewers minds. In an interview with TVLine at New York Comic Con, Jeff answered questions about Grace's new found love, especially if her boyfriend Danny was going to go away quietly, now that her husband has returned or not, despite what she tells Ben.
While some viewers and fans might end up with the assumption that Danny might just go away quietly, Jeff seems to think otherwise. "Danny is not going to go away quietly — and why would he? As far as he is concerned, he has been in a legitimate relationship, he’s in love with someone who loves him…. This couple has been together for three years, and they’re a family unit," he revealed.
He even shared that Danny cannot be blamed for the present situation, "What I’ve always talked about in regards to these relationships is this is 'infidelity without moral culpability.' Danny can’t be blamed for the current dilemma any more than anyone else can. Danny is going to feel that he has a legitimate claim to not only the woman he fell in love with, but also to the daughter he developed an important relationship with."
'Manifest' returns on NBC next Monday, on October 15 at 10/9c.
