Liam Hemsworth and GF Gabriella Brooks enjoy retail therapy at Rodeo Drive before swanky lunch date
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: While his ex-wife Miley Cyrus breaks records with her newest single ‘Flowers', Liam Hemsworth, 33, was spotted indulging in some retail therapy with his girlfriend, Gabriella Brooks, 26, on Saturday, January 28. The pair was spotted at Rodeo Drive which is known to be a hub for all things designer and luxurious. Before stopping for lunch at the Mexican restaurant Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, the pair walked around and browsed at a variety of stores while toting heavy shopping bags.
Interestingly, it is alleged that the restaurant used to be frequented quite often by the actor and his singer ex-wife Miley Cyrus, with whom he was married from 2018 to 2020. For their outing, the pair kept it comfortably stylish. Hemsworth wore a black jacket and a white t-shirt underneath. He paired it with black jeans and a pair of sneakers. Brooks on the other hand complemented her beau in a grey top, which she layered with a leather jacket. She pulled off the look with a mini skirt and shades. She slung a purse over her shoulder and let her brunette tresses down loosely over her back.

While there has been a lot of curiosity about their romance, Brooks and Hemsworth have often kept it private and quiet. The pair reportedly have been together since 2019 and rarely post about each other on their social media handles. They are almost never spotted together but have made only a handful of red carpet-appearances.
The couples-day-out comes shortly after Miley Cyrus released her song ‘Flowers', on ex Hemsworth’s birthday. It was rumored by many that at the time of filing for the divorce, Cyrus was left baffled as she wanted to work things out and keep the marriage alive. The couple had been together for more than a decade and had seen many highs and lows. It was also alleged that Cyrus wrote ‘Wrecking Ball’ keeping Hemsworth in mind. However, as per speculations, their relationship and subsequently short-lived marriage was turbulent at best and was always on the cusp of exploding.
Hemsworth opened up about his relationship with Cyrus in 2015. “You fall in love with who you fall in love with; you can never choose,” he had said. "I guess some people just come with a little more baggage. I mean, look- we were together five years, so I don't think those feelings will ever change. And that's good because that proves to me that it was real. It wasn't just a fling. It really was an important part of my life and always will be, he told the publication.” He continued, "She's a free spirit. I think she'll always surprise people with what she does, but she's not a malicious person in any way. She's a young girl who wants to do what she wants to do," as per Men's Journal.
