'Law & Order' Season 21 Episode 2 Preview: Jack and team tackle most difficult case yet
The first episode of ‘Law & Order’ Season 21 was a perfect comeback for the original series and made us feel like the show never went off the air. The first episode saw a once-loved Black celebrity threatening women who have accused him of sexual assault. However, the judge found him not guilty and the verdict got him out of the prison.
The case seemed to be inspired by the Bill Cosby case and the only difference was that the guy was killed on the show by one of the victims. The episode was really good and kept viewers hooked to their screens, but it was just the beginning and they don’t know something even more intense is waiting for them just around the corner.

'Law & Order' Season 21 Episode 1 Review: NBC crime drama still feels like comfort food
In the second episode of the ‘Law & Order’ Season 21, the NYPD detectives and the office of the District Attorney will be taking up a high-profile case that would put into the spotlight. The stakes are higher and it seems they might have to be at their ultimate best to even convict the accused.
‘Law & Order’ Season 21 Episode 2 Spoilers: Will Nolan and team be able to convict in this high-profile case?
We all know how these high-profile cases are fought. The accused always tends to influence the trial with his or her wealth and tries to stay away from the prison. It seems the case that we are going to see on Episode 2 will be something similar.
The latest episode sees detectives Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) and Frank Cosgrove (Jeffrey Donovan) investigating the murder of the COO of a very big company. However, the accused in the case is also a high-profile member of society. A woman, who has been on the covers of Forbes, Time Magazine, and Rolling Stone, is being accused of murdering the influential businessman.
Nolan knows that convicting her won’t be easy and they would need strong evidence against her to even convince the jury that she is the murderer. Bernard and Donovan make her realize that she is in trouble because the evidence points to her.
The accused is a “narcissist” who believes she is unassailable because of her stature in society. Meanwhile, District Attorney Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) gives his team the motivation to show who this woman really is.
Will they be able to convict her? Let’s see what happens.
‘Law & Order’ Season 21 returns to NBC with a new episode every Thursday at 8 pm EST.
