‘Empire’ actress Lindsey Pearlman’s death CONFIRMED as suicide, autopsy reveals sodium nitrate toxicity
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-office Coroner performed an autopsy on actress Lindsey Pearlman after her body was found 6 months ago in a car. The body examination resulted in the determination of the then 43-year-old Lindsey's cause of death on Monday, August 15.
The former Empire actress was discovered lifeless in a car earlier this year, on February 18, close to the gateway to Runyon Canyon Park, a well-known trekking route in Hollywood, California. According to People, the coroner declared her death to be a cause of suicide, brought about by sodium nitrite toxicity. The study also said that Lindsey's bloodstream had non-toxic quantities of lorazepam, metoclopramide, and codeine.
