She got a large real estate portfolio, her airline miles, and all of the wedding presents that had been provided to her personally, reportedly.
Kardashian got hold of five properties in Hidden Hills, including the $4.5 million 3,650-square-foot, five-bedroom house in Southern California, West purchased across the street from their main residence after divorce. In addition, the reality star walked away with a real estate in Malibu, California, Riverside, three mansions in Idaho, and other locations. All of Kardashian's furniture, paintings, and other possessions are kept. She'll keep her clothes, handbags, fur, jewelry, watches, and accessories. TMZ reported that according to the agreement, Kardashian received ownership of her businesses, including KKW Beauty and her fragrance line, as well as her bank accounts. She will retain her shareholding in SKIMS and 444 shares of Tri Alpha Energy.

She also maintained ownership of all wedding gifts given solely to her as well as any airline miles.While West left with a number of homes in Calabasas, a residence in Malibu, 318 acres of land in Stokes Canyon, a residence in Thousand Oaks, a property in Hidden Hills, his ranch in Cody, Wyoming, and additional properties in Wyoming.
Additionally, West resorted to residences in Belgium and Chicago. All of his intellectual property including his copyrights will also be retained. According to the deal, West kept ownership of all of his businesses and left with all of his possessions, including his cars, cash, and bank accounts. Kardashian, 42, and West, 45, decided to settle their debts independently. They will share joint custody of their four children, North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4 and Psalm, 3. This will allow both parents to have unlimited visitation rights. The 'Hulu' star chose not to pursue her spousal support claim. Kardashian had been trying to get the divorce finalized, for more than a year. She claimed that her ex-husband had been taking his time, but recently, things had changed.
