LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After a nasty public struggle that carried on for almost two years since their breakup, billionaires Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally resolved their divorce. The couple has now reached an agreement regarding the custody of their four children, parenting schedules, and the division of their multimillion-dollar real estate holdings.

Following a study of court documents, TMZ broke the news of the arrangement on Tuesday, November 29, reporting that Kim will receive $200,000 in child support each month. In addition to having "equal access," Kanye, 45, and Kim, 42, will share joint custody of their four children, North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4 and Psalm, 3. According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, Kim will have primary custody of the children as per the terms of the agreement while Kanye will pay 50% of the four children's educational and security costs. Should they come to a parenting arrangement, Kanye and Kim concurred to go to mediation, the publication stated. In the event that one is unable to attend, the parent who is present shall decide on the matter at issue. Kim must receive the $200,000 monthly payment by wire transfer on the first of each month.

In accordance with the terms of the prenuptial agreement they signed before getting married, the news outlet stated that both Kanye and Kim waived receiving spousal support. According to TMZ, as part of the divorce agreement, Kanye will transfer the ownership of a $4.5 million house in Southern California to Kim. The 3,650-square-foot, five-bedroom house will now belong to Kim. As the house requires numerous improvements and was purchased by Kanye to be nearer to his children, she is anticipated to demolish it. Kim will keep her rights to the $60 million estate she shares with the children in Hidden Hills, California, as well as the house next door and a piece of land in Idaho.

In the agreement, Kanye will keep his $60 million Malibu beach house, two Wyoming ranches, 300 acres in Calabasas, California, a home in Belgium and the Chicago house where he was raised. According to sources who spoke with TMZ, Kim has tried fruitlessly for the past year to reach a general divorce settlement with Kanye but he has consistently refused "to participate in resolving" the issue. “Kim's patience was tested, but she handled things calmly and ultimately Kanye came around,” a source told TMZ.

The publication claims that Kim's attorney Laura Wasser played a crucial role in mediating between the parties to forge a settlement between the ex-couple. If they hadn't reached an agreement, Kanye would have been required to testify in the case and a trial would have started the next month. The agreement was reached less than two months after a report said that Kanye was planning to accept it. Kim and Kanye, who married in Florence, Italy, in 2014, have four children together. In the end, she filed for divorce in February 2021.
