When Jodi finds out about this, she figures out something is wrong with Wendy. A follow-up call to her early camp days reveals that Jodi and Wendy had a significant past where Wendy was saved by Jodi while she was drowning in the deep end of the pool. Once Jodi understands this she heads to meet with Dr.Farber[Jackée Harry], where she quickly learns how Wendy had quite a heart-wrenching past after her summer at the camp. Meanwhile, Roy[Jeronimo Henao], Jodi's colleague seeks an investigation into Wendy's life.
