How did Kevin Costner react to his wife's divorce filing?
Sources claimed that Baumgartner's divorce filing "completely blindsided" Costner, and it was terrible for him, according to TMZ. There were rumors that he got a woman pregnant while filming 'Yellowstone', but insiders close to the actor dismissed such claims as "total BS."
Baumgartner alleged in court records that they had separated on April 11 and requested shared custody of their three children, Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 12. Costner responded to the announcement of his divorce by filing his own paperwork, in which he also asked for joint custody of his children, as MEAWW previously reported.
Costner's appeals also contain a prenuptial agreement that the couple signed before their 2004 wedding. The prenup stipulates that Baumgartner must vacate the premises of any properties owned by her soon-to-be ex-husband.
