Kevin Bacon and daughter Sosie look adorable in casuals as they shoot new project together in Studio City
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Footloose' star Kevin Bacon was seen sporting a pair of black crocs and striped pants as he filmed a new project alongside his daughter, Sosie Bacon. Sosie donned a denim jacket paired with olive green pants as she snacked while walking and talking next to dad in Studio City in Los Angeles, California.
In another picture, the father and daughter were seen occupied with their phones as they walked around the set in Studio City. Kevin Bacon, who officially joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starred as himself in the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' Holiday Special that was released on November 25.

Kevin previously expressed his interest in joining the franchise to Entertainment Weekly. "I like to make fun of myself or play some heightened version of me," Bacon told EW with a laugh. "I don't get a chance to do things that are fun and silly that often. I'm often part of something more dramatic or some kind of darker, edgier stuff. So to go down and step into this world… I mean, they call it the Marvel Universe, but when you walk onto these sets, you really do feel like you're walking in another universe."
James Gunn and Kevin Bacon have a long history of working together, and Bacon starred in Gunn's 2010 comedy 'Super'. Bacon made sure to support his pal by purchasing a ticket for the opening weekend of Gunn's first Guardians film. However, it came as a surprise when he heard his own name in the movie.
"I knew it was going to be a cool movie because James was involved, but I had no idea that I was name-dropped in it," Bacon explained. "So, that was a real shock. I would say it's almost like an out-of-body experience. It's one thing if somebody uses your name in a comedy or drama, but this is a whole other universe — literally a planet where these people were talking about me." A few years down the line, Gunn asked Bacon to participate in a 'Guardians of the Galaxy' holiday special, and the actor instantly said "yes".
'The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special' was released on Disney+ on November 25, 2022, serving as the conclusion of Phase Four of the MCU. Critics unanimously praised Gunn's direction, the special's performances, and its humor.
