'Boss' star Kathleen Robertson was cast as a recurring character alongside Mark Engelhardt in 'Tracker' Season 3. The CBS drama's constant cast changes continue to generate buzz. The latest comes on the back of Abby McEnany and Eric Graise's departure by the end of season 2.  Their exits now leave only Justin Hartley as Colter Shaw and Fiona Rene's Reenie Greene as the only original remaining members on the show.

The show has since moved to focusing more on recurring characters, with season 3, episode 9, welcoming Brent Saxton back in the fold as the retired cop Keaton. Chris Lee and Randy returned to help Colter with his investigation. Robert plays Maxine, a high-powered and influential attorney at a major law firm.

She approaches Reenie with what looks to be a straightforward work, but it becomes clear that she has other plans in store. Per ScreenRant, Emile is described as "a man guided by his own strict moral code. He's cold, calculating, and methodical in his approach. Their arrivals could shake up the state of play."

Earlier, Hartley weighed in on the show's themes for season 3. "It’s sort of his journey to find an inner peace with his family…because it’s been years, and he’s been misled and misdirected in terms of who’s responsible for his father’s death and how crazy his father really was. What he was into, if there’s a government conspiracy and all that kind of stuff," Hartley told Deadline in a previous interview.

"Now, he finds out that his mother knows more than she let on, which is not a huge shocker, I guess, that his mother lied to him, but that’s a pretty crazy story. The fact that his own mother knew that he blamed his brother, and she let him do that for a while. It kept the brothers apart, and that’s really disappointing. So just [Colter’s] quest to find some inner peace with all of that. I don’t know if you can ever move on from that, but I think the more answers he gets, it’ll help him get there."

'Tracker' Season 3 heads to a break after airing on Sunday, December 14, and returns March 1, 2026. Upon resuming, it will air from 9 PM ET to 10 PM ET. The old timeslot will be taken by 'Yellowstone' spinoff, 'Y: Marshals'. With new faces, 'Tracker' will look at adding more antagonists in the mix.
