The reality star has been accused of altering her whole body to appear fitter in her new post.
The 'RHOP' star took to Instagram to share a photo of her herself in a stunning white bikini in Belize and the eagle-eyed users can't help but notice that her face appears fairer than the rest of her body. A lot of the users have pointed out that the reality star is almost unrecognizable and believe that the picture is not real.

Karen is enjoying the best possible life. The 'RHOP' cast member recently showed off a beautiful white bikini while enjoying the sun in an Instagram post. The reality star can be seen soaking up the sun and flaunting her toned physique. Karen opted to wear a white bikini with a plunging neckline and left her blond tresses open. She topped off her outfit with a nice blue cover-up and to add some drama, she added a pair of white heels. She captioned the post, "Sun and fun! đ#ladamebykh #rhop."
But it seems like Karen failed to impress the internet as many users pointed out that her body looks photoshopped and called her out for it in the comments.

Nothing escapes the laser eyes of the internet as upon taking a closer look at Karen's new pic, viewers noticed that the body appears to be tanner than the face and have slammed the reality star for using photoshop. One social media user said, "You messed up photoshopping that chunk out of your right thigh." Another commented, "All you people on here that think sheâs realâŠtake the filter out your eyes and GROW UP!"
One more commented, "Okay the edits and filters are going TOO far now sis." Another added, "Now Kern! Youâve always been one of my favorites, but itâs blurry where itâs photoshopped. Donât send that message to people who look up to you. Donât be that woman."
The reality star was accused of editing her post as many people pointed out that this is not her real body. One user said, "That is not Karenâs body! Lol! Her face and body are two different colors." Another one asked, "Now Karen! Whose body is that?" One more commented, "I think they put her head on another body."
