'The Sun's Song': SHINee’s Onew, GOT7’s Youngjae and Day6's Wonpil cast in musical, here's how to live stream the production

The best of K-pop worlds are colliding and fans can’t complain. SHINee’s Onew will be in a new musical with GOT7’s Youngjae, along with Day6's Wonpil and Lovelyz Kei. The new musical titled ‘The Sun’s Song’ also translated as ‘Midnight Sun’ is based on a Hong Kong film of 1993 which has been rendered in new versions throughout the last decade and was performed in Korea in 2010 at Sejong Center.

Along with an exciting K-pop lineup, the musical has also released a teaser poster that shows a bright sunny day on the beach and a guitar resting against a surfboard betraying the warm glow of a fresh new summer brimming with possibilities.

Plot

'The Sun's Song' is a heart-fluttering romance musical about Hae Na and Ha Ram who meet and sing the brightest song of the sun. 

Cast

SM Entertainment’s vocalist Onew will be playing the role of male lead Ha Ram along with Day6 Wonpil, GOT7’s Youngjae, and musical actor Jo Hoon. The female lead role of Hae Na will be played by South Korean actress Kang Hye In, pop singer Lovelyz's Kei and ‘Secret Mother’ famed Lee Ah Jin. Hae Na’s father Seo Joon Woo will be played by Kim Joo Ho and Jung Ui Wook.

Check here to know more about the tickets and live streaming of the musical. For the Korean audience, the musical will be performed in Kwanglim Arts Center BBCH Hall from May 1st to July 25th. Tickets will go on sale starting March 12.
