Did RM in true style spoil a Grammy surprise performance in a Recording Academy interview? In a recent interview with Recording Academy, the Grammy-nominated group BTS were asked who are they excited to see perform the most to which RM and Suga answered Beyonce and then later ‘Mono’ crooner also said, Post Malone and Taylor Swift. Kim Taehyung aka BTS V chimed in adding Harry Styles and Da Baby.  BTS ARMY was quick to point out that Beyonce is not on the Performers’ List of Grammy yet which made fans question, did RM spoil a surprise performance of Beyonce.

RM aka Namjoon of the Billboard Hot 100 topper group BTS has a name and fame for spoiling things before its release date. From spoiling a song’s name (‘Spine Breaker’) to spoiling plans of a world tour (‘Love Yourself’ tour), the ‘Mono’ crooner is always to be trusted to reveal things that aren’t public knowledge yet. BTS ARMY is genuinely curious if RM is looking forward to Beyonce as she is his ultimate favorite not knowing the queen not performing in Grammy this year or did he ruin the surprise spoiler for the world.

Beyoncé has not appeared on the Grammy stage since 2018. This year, the Top Female artist of decade certified by Billboard has nine nominations in total at the awards. Yet, there is no certainty that she will be appearing on Grammy night or not. Record holder of being the most nominated by Grammys, Beyonce also has a history of being snubbed at the award show. 

While the chances seemed slim all this time, RM’s comment has given a ray of hope to fans. A fan said, “Namgi spoiled Beyonce's performance... Omg
She wasn't on the list was she???” Another said, “Y'ALL HELP. WHERE DID U GET THE INFO THAT BYS X BEYONCÉ IS  HAPPENING I NEED TO KNOW!” Another opined, “That’s the video. RM misunderstood and thought they asked who they wanted to meet. Beyonce didn’t even attend the Grammys last year so they didn’t meet!”
