What happens when a journalist lands the interview of her dream? While you might think it could be an opportunity of a lifetime, it can also lead to an unexpected chemistry between the interviewer and the interviewee blooming into a surprising relationship. Such is the story of Vanessa and Martin.

Plot

Vanessa Sills is a pop culture writer and an aspiring novelist from New York City. When she is assigned to interview Martin Clayborne, an illustrious mystery author, she thinks that she has landed on her dream opportunity. But for the same, she has to head to the quaint rural town, where Martin lives a quiet, reclusive life. Little does Vanessa know that this venture will only become one of self-discovery, making her realize what she has been missing in her life. When she meets Martin, things take surprising turns and makes Vanessa follow her dreams, while they both explore their newfound friendship and learn about each other.

Bethany Joy Lenz is an American theater and television actor and a popular face of network television and has appeared in many primetime shows. She is best known for her role as Haley James Scott on ‘One Tree Hill’. She has also starred in ‘Guiding Light’, ‘Charmed’, ‘Felicity’, ‘Dexter’, ‘Pearson’, ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ among others.

Brett Dalton is an American actor who is most recognized for his role as Grant Ward in ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ He has also appeared on shows like ‘Elementary’, ‘Robot Chicken’, etc.

Director

The fun and adventurous love story of ‘Just My Type’ is the brainchild of director Paul Ziller.
