RHONJ's Joe Gorga RAGES against tenant who owes him $50K after living rent-free for FOUR YEARS
Joe Gorga entered a yelling match with a tenant on Thursday, June 9 owing to the fact that the tenant has apparently not paid the rent in 'four f-king years'. In an exclusive footage obtained by TMZ, the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star is seen going off intensely on one of his tenants. He grilled the tenant and threws profanities and accusations.
Apparently, this issue has been on the boil for quite some time. As per Joe's lawyer's claims, this tenant has not paid the rent in a few years and the amount has accumulated to almost $50,000.

Joe's attorney, W. Peter Ragan, also said that the Joe has collected almsot $40,000 in COVID rental assistance from New Jersey as he claims that this tenant has not paid rent on his own since October of 2018. Currently, the tenant owes him $50,000. One of Joe's representatives said that initially, Joe felt bad for this guy and did not evict him. However, eventually, Joe had a change of heart, and has now filed the eviction papers.
As for the tenant, he says he was a restaurant manager who lost his job during the pandemic-induced lockdown and is still trying to get back on his feet and make ends meet. Joe is heard calling the tenant a 'f-king loser'. He also said, "“You had nowhere to live, and I gave you a f–king house.” Then the tenant also yelled that he only owes rent from January 2022 until present day owing to the COVID-19 relief fund of the state of New Jersey. The Bravo personality also said, "F-king loser, f–king loser, pay your f–king rent a–hole, call me f–king daddy motherf–er, because I’ve been supporting you for four-and-a-half years.”
Moreover, Joe also accused the tenant of "selling drugs in [his] f–king building" which the renter denied. The tenant continued to dismiss claims that he owes the “Gorga Guide to Success” author years of rent, saying that Gorga must’ve “spent [the] money on other s–t.”Then the renter also claimed that Gorga came at him with a sledgehammer but the video does not show Gorga holding any tool.
