J-hope gets magazine cover for solo debut, BTS fans say 'I'm going to eat the wallpaper'

J-hope becomes the first BTS member to make his solo debut with his first album 'Jack in the Box' set to release on July 15

J-hope is going all out for his solo debut and fans cannot keep calm. As the first BTS member to drop his first proper album, we got the pre-released single ‘More’. The song is a mesh of old-school rock and hip hop and ARMY was impressed when it entered Billboard Hot 100 despite no promotions. J-hope’s chapter 2 is being celebrated with much pomp as he has also become the first Korean act to be personally invited by Lollapalooza to headline the music festival. And now he is gracing the cover of magazines and breaking the internet.

On July 13, ARMY Twitter was in chaos as W Korea teased their August edition star J-hope. Well, on July 14, we got the first of three covers being graced by the BTS dancer and rapper. Looking chic in all-black Saint Laurent, boots with block heels, dark makeup and chunky highlights, J-hope is channeling the rockstars of the early 2000s which seems to be the concept for his first album ‘Jack in the Box’. Pre-orders for the August issue of the magazine begin on July 14 and fans are already scrambling to get their copy.

W Korea also teased their August edition with J-hope as they shared that the pictorial will follow themes of a surprisingly new mood, musical summer nights and an honest interview about the idol's inner feelings and desires that are unfolding in a dramatic way. Titling the issue ‘My Precious’, the BTS star is set to sparkle in glamorous photoshoots bedazzled in jewelry. J-hope’s solo debut album ‘Jack in the Box’ and its lead single ‘Arson’ is set to be released on July 15.

Fans were excited as they trended J-hope’s magazine cover. One ARMY tweeted, “Geez, even just the way he stands is sending me into orbit.” Another fan said, “The w korea article being named “my precious” and im thinking about this.” One posted, “Look at the heels i feel dizzy.” Another commented, “HOSEOK LOOKS CRAZY HOT FOR W KOREA.” Another BTS fan added, “HE LOOKS SO GOOD AHHH I AM GONNA JUMP OFF THE ROOF.” One wrote, “The hair falling over his eyes too, im going to eat the wallpaper.” Another made a reaction meme, “Hoseok stans trying to deal with arson teaser, jack in the box, lollapalooza and now w korea magazine.”
