Jennifer Lopez looks cozy while house-hunting with husband Ben Affleck after awkward Grammys moment
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were hard at work looking for a new home in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 8, after the former listed her French-style Bel Air mansion for $42.5M on the market. The 53-year-old actress and singer was seen leaving a nearby estate while sporting a casual all-white outfit.
This comes after the couple's awkward encounter at the Grammys which was caught on camera when Affleck whispered something into Lopez's ear, but she jerked away and appeared to snap at him in retaliation. According to a lip reader, she told him, "Stop," adding, "Look more friendly. Look motivated." To which he responded with, "I might."

Lopez looked casual yet stylish as she wore a large white cropped sweater with ribbed detailing when looking at houses. The top had a long, broad collar that was rolled up messily. Her toned abs were visible too. The sweater's sleeves were baggy and also had big cuffs that nearly engulfed her hands.
The 'Ain't Your Mama' singer wore a pair of matching loose-fitting joggers with a drawstring waist. She had on a pair of hefty white boots, and accessorized with diamond stud earrings. The 'Shotgun Wedding' actress had her caramel-colored hair in a top knot and she had on minimal makeup for the outing.
Meanwhile, Affleck came out of the house just after his wife, wearing a cozy white sweater with black stripes running horizontally across it. He sported a navy blue bomber jacket over it as the couple made their way outside to their car waiting outside.

As of 2023, it is estimated that she owns several properties across the US, including a penthouse in Manhattan, a house in the Hamptons, a Star Island retreat in Miami and an Encino cottage in California.
