LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lawrence and her son Cy looked a hearty picture while taking an evening stroll in a Los Angeles park. Jennifer opted for a casual no-makeup look while taking her 10-month-old son on a nature walk on Friday, December 30. The actress seemed to be alone as she pushed a black stroller carrying her firstborn she shares with husband Cooke Maroney.
The 'Hunger Games' actress sported a casual outfit that included a faded purple baseball cap, black leggings, a large black Rack 'N Reel sweatshirt, and shoes. A few days earlier, she was seen bringing Cy to a playground in Los Angeles where she helped him in sliding down a twisty, green slide. She was also observed carrying Cy out of the park while being followed by a female buddy, as per HollywoodLife.

The pictures came only a few months after Jennifer made waves for initially announcing Cy's gender and name. He was named after Cy Twombly, a postwar American painter who is one of Cooke's favorite artists, the new mother said in an interview with Vogue. She also spoke candidly about adjusting to life as a new mother. Cooke and Jennifer have been quite quiet about their journey as new parents. The actress said she doesn't want to talk about parenthood as it might alienate other new mothers. “It’s so scary to talk about motherhood. Only because it’s so different for everybody,” she noted to Vogue. “If I say, ‘It was amazing from the start’, some people will think, ‘It wasn’t amazing for me at first’, and feel bad.”
She continued, “Fortunately, I have so many girlfriends who were honest. Who was like, ‘It’s scary. You might not connect right away. You might not fall in love right away.’ So I felt so prepared to be forgiving.”
Although Jennifer has kept her personal life a secret, she has sometimes been seen out and about with Cy, including on a family trek in April that Cooke's parents joined and a lunch trip in New York City in November. Additionally, in September, Jennifer was spotted filming 'No Hard Feelings' on a beach on Long Island.
