'I don't need fancy things': Jennifer Aniston walks out mid-interview over Adam Sandler's extravagant gift to 'Grown Ups' co-stars
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Aniston stood up and walked out during an interview after Adam Sandler disclosed what he had given his 'Grown Ups' co-stars as parting gifts. The pair are currently promoting their new Netflix movie, 'Murder Mystery 2' following the original comedy, which came out in 2019.
Sandler stars in 'Grown Ups' alongside Chris Rock, Kevin James, David Space, and Rob Schneider, and instead of bidding them farewell with a hug, a card, or a round of drinks, Sandler decided to give them actual cars. And not cheap cars either, but luxury ones like Maseratis and Teslas.

'You bought your co-stars Maseratis?'
"You bought your co-stars Maseratis?" Aniston asks in disbelief. "You want to know the truth with Jennifer? I bought her three Ferraris," Sandler says in an interview with USA Today. "Every time I wheel it up there, some guy comes out and goes, 'Hey, get that out of here,' and I'm like, 'No, no, this is a gift.' And the guy goes, 'Let's go, keep it moving.' So I ghost ride it down the hill."

'You got three Ferraris!'
Aniston walked off-screen before Sandler could finish. Sandler shouts, still off-camera, "Jennifer, don't you do this to me! You got three Ferraris!" "It’s OK, it’s all right," says the 'Friends' alum, returning to her chair. "I don’t need fancy things." "No, she knows how much I love her, and I've got you many, many nice gifts over the years," Sandler clarified.
"I’m kidding," said Aniston. "I couldn’t care less. I loved that scarf."
David Spade was shocked to receive the gift
Sandler's 'Grown Ups' co-star David Spade opened up, saying he was totally shocked to receive the gift of a lifetime. "He gave us all a Maserati. Chris Rock called me and he goes, 'Will you look in your driveway?', and I go, 'No,' and he goes, 'Go out front and call me,'" Spade recalled. "So I go out front and they're putting a car in my driveway, and I go, 'What's happening?', and they go, 'Adam Sandler.' I go, 'Oh, is this his car, I'm supposed to watch it?'" Spade then detailed the exact moment he realized that the car was his to keep, saying, "I call Rock and I go, 'I'm keeping Adam's car here for some reason,' and he goes, 'No that's for you, we all got one.'"
'I'm Adam Sandler's b****'
Comedian Chris Rock, who is now infamous for being slapped by Will Smith, had also revealed feeling uneasy with his co-star's gift. Rock joked that he thought that the car came with strings attached and said, "I went outside the other day and I had a new Maserati in the driveway. Now I think that I'm Adam Sandler's b****."
