Ivanka Trump is a vision in white as she visits her $24M 'Billionaire Bunker' with Jared Kushner and kids
MIAMI, FLORIDA: Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner visited their magnificent waterfront property that is being built on Indian Creek, an exclusive island known as the 'Billionaire Bunker', on Saturday, December 10, 2022, with all three of their children.
The former senior advisors to the White House bought the $24 million fixer-upper in 2021 and are currently renting an apartment while they wait for their dream house to be completed. The couple reportedly intends to move into the expansive 8,500-square-foot home after the substantial renovations are finished.

Ivanka, 40, and Jared, 41, accompanied by their three children, Arabella, 11, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 6, made the short walk from their current residence at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium building tucked between Miami Beach and posh Bal Harbour, to the property.
The children brought their scooters and skateboards with them. At one point, one of the children appeared to grow tired of using his skateboard, and Jared was seen carrying it. The children traveled in a convoy with their parents, who helped them along the way. The family was coming from their opulent three-floor apartment in one of Surfside, Florida's most costly beachfront condo developments. They have a private pool and yard as well as a tennis court on the terrace of the house.
The couple walked to Indian Creek for about twenty minutes, holding hands the entire time, as per Daily Mail. Ivanka had her blonde hair tied back and was wearing a white-buttoned long dress with full sleeves and a deep neckline. She wore dark sunglasses to protect her eyes from the Florida sun. Jared was seen sporting a grey baseball cap, sunglasses, a blue polo shirt, and beige khaki slacks.
While Joseph chose to use a skateboard for a portion of the journey and afterward had his father carry the board as they traveled to their new house, Arabella and Theodore were both seen riding their scooters the whole time.
The couple and their children were seen traveling across the 41st Street bridge to Indian Creek together before coming to inspect the development of their new home. Ivanka and Jared purchased the property in April 2021, after spending $31.8 million on a two-acre piece of land in the village.
