LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fernando Alonso, a two-time Formula One world champion, responded to reports that he is dating Taylor Swift by uploading a video of him winking while listening to one of her hit songs. Last week, a post on the DeuxMoi Instagram story quoted an unnamed email that stated: "A couple of Spanish magazines have been posting about TS [Swift] and Spanish F1 driver Fernando Alonso." This was the first time the 41-year-old Spaniard had been romantically linked to Swift.

He glances up and winks at the camera, and captions the video "Race week era". He also adds the remark "Feeling 33" with a smiley emoji, which is believed to be a reference to Taylor Swift's song '22'.

The DeuxMoi Instagram posted a story that stated that "some of the emails posted are complete BS" and that it was "for entertainment purposes only," but that didn't stop followers from being overly enthusiastic about Alonso's reaction. One of the TikTok users commented, "Oh my god Taylor X Fernando confirmed????" Another user wrote, "Fernando, please confirm or deny, was mastermind written about you." The third user wrote, "Never did we think in our Wildest Dreams this would happen."
After allegedly meeting at the Met Gala in 2016, the 33-year-old and Alwyn dated Taylor for six years, during which time there were numerous rumors that they were engaged or secretly wed, as reported by Elle. They weren't captured together until 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee, more than a year after they first met. According to reports, during their early years together, they occasionally put on disguises to visit each other or go on outings together covertly. She frequently traveled clandestinely to his hometown of London.
