ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA: Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann's Alpharetta abode is reportedly in foreclosure. The former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star's and her husband bought their lavish mansion in 2012. And now the star family reportedly has a debt of $1,650,000, including taxes and fees on the property. However, Kim and Biermann have failed to pay off the loan and Truist Bank is allegedly planning to auction off the property on March 7.

Meanwhile, the RHOA star's daughter Brielle and Ariana Biermann tried to debunk the rumors about the family's Georgia mansion being in foreclosure and about to be auctioned. They claimed that 'it's all a misunderstanding.' The daughters tried to throw light on the rumors saying that the family is still living in their Alpharetta estate with no plans of moving out.

Kim Zolciak's house is in foreclosure

Kim Zolciak's Alpharetta mansion, worth an estimated $2,535,285, has remained in the headlines for a long time. It was previously reported that the Zolciak-Biermann family's abode will be auctioned. Additionally, a public notice stated the home is scheduled to be auctioned off on March 7 at the Fulton County Courthouse, as reported by TMZ. The outlet further revealed that a law firm is handling the foreclosure for Kim and Kroy Biermann's home, which rests along the 18th hole of the Manor Golf & Country Club. Truist Bank reportedly began foreclosure proceedings on the property back in August after Kim and Kroy failed to pay their mortgage. For the unversed, Kim and Kroy bought the home way back in 2012. They have shared several glimpse of the their lavish mansion on social media. Kim's mansion was also heavily featured on 'RHOA' and the couple's own reality show, 'Don't Be Tardy.' Their mansion features five-bedroom, an elevator, pool, waterfall, spa and basketball court.

Kim Zolciak's daughters have cleared some air on the swirling rumours. Brielle and Ariana recenntly revealed to the outlet that their family house is in foreclosure claiming that "it's all a misunderstanding." The sister duo further claimed to the outlet that their family is "still living in their Alpharetta estate with no plans on moving out." Brielle and Ariana revealed all the family's belongings are still in the home and they're not concerned about losing the house adding they even slept there before traveling across the country. Additionally, Kim's daughters insisted that the house is already saved and their mom hasn't said anything to them about an upcoming auction, though they confessed they do have asked Kim about all the news reports.
