ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA: 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is in deep financial trouble. After evading the sheriff's sale in November 2022, Kim's $2.6 million Georgia mansion is back up for auction. Kim and her ex-NFL star husband, Kroy Biermann, allegedly failed to make mortgage payments totaling $1,650,000.00, according to reports. Kim and Kroy purchased the home in December 2013. It has five bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms and boasts 6,907 square feet of space.

After Bravo canceled her show 'Don't Be Tardy', the star and her husband Kroy "failed to pay back" a $300K loan, and their mansion was facing foreclosure in November 2022. But they managed to evade it. The mom of six had denied the allegations on Instagram, despite Fulton County records proving the Georgia mansion has been in foreclosure for months.

Will Kim Zolciak lose her lavish mansion?

Kim and Kroy's family home is worth an estimated $2,535 285 according to a real estate listing, Redfin. The mansion is back on the auction block after a new notice was filed with Fulton County Records on February 8, 2023, by Truist Bank. The Zolciak-Biermann family reportedly has an outstanding debt of $1,650,000.00, including taxes and fees. A Notice of Sale published confirmed that Zolciak, 44, and Biermann, 37, had their five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home foreclosed on "because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness" and is being put up for sale, as per All About The Tea.

According to the document, the sprawling 6,907-square-foot home will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia, on March 7, 2023. Their mansion is situated on the Manor Golf & Country Club property on the 18th hole near a lake. There is a main bedroom on the main level and four additional bedrooms upstairs. In addition to a six-car garage and an in-ground pool, the house boasts a sizable finished basement.

'RHOA' star Kim's financial struggles since 2014

This is not the first time the Biermanns have had issues managing their funds. The former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star had received a fieri facias letter in 2014, which stated that a state official, usually a sheriff, may "take control of a piece of property and sell it to pay the owner's debt or tax obligations." At the time, the star reportedly had $10,567.67 in outstanding debt. The couple purchased the home for $880,000 in October 2012. after taking out two mortgages.

Their mansion's foreclosure isn't the only financial issue faced by the couple. In October 2020, Kroy was reportedly accused of owing his former NFL agent $22,000 in unpaid fees, and Kim once admitted to losing $250,000 while gambling in the Bahamas. Back in November 2022, they narrowly escaped a scheduled sheriff’s auction, but now it seems they have no escape route.
