Kim Zolciak-Biermann's 20-yr-old daughter Ariana arrested on suspicion of DUI with boyfriend
FORSYTH COUNTY, GEORGIA: The 20-year-old daughter of Kim Zolciak-Biermann, was detained for DUI after being involved in a minor crash that took place on Saturday, August 13. Ariana Zolciak-Biermann a social media influencer and reality star was apprehended in Forsyth County, Georgia, early on Saturday morning.
Ariana is accused of three separate charges of misdemeanor DUI driving while drunk, misdemeanor improper/erratic lane change and misdemeanor possession/purchase of alcohol while underage on three different counts. Ariana was in the car with her 20-year-old on-and-off boyfriend Hudson McLeroy when he was detained on alcohol-related charges at the same time, according to TMZ.

However, based on Ariana's charges, it would seem that she was driving in this instance. Hudson was later granted a bond release, thus they are both now free, according to reports.
Justin Spizman, Ariana’s lawyer told TMZ: "Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on the scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI." Spizman added, "Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them.”
TMZ observed that Ariana was processed using the last name Zolciak (her mother's maiden name) rather than her adopted father's name, Biermann. Kroy Biermann adopted Ari and Brielle back in 2013.
In October 2018, just a few days before her 17th birthday, Biermann shared a romantic snapshot on Instagram with the caption of the couple all dressed up before attending their homecoming dance. Zolciak-Biermann expressed her approval at the time, writing in the comments: "Where does the time go?? My angel @arianabiermann is headed to Homecoming with @hudson.mcleroy. Are they not the cutest!!?! They are only a few hours apart and will both turn 17 this week!!"
After Biermann posted a picture of a dark silhouette of her kissing someone last month, fans assumed that she and McLeroy are back together. In the caption, she wrote, "Glimpse of us." "Get the hell home! Miss you guys," Zolciak-Biermann commented.
McLeroy, 20, was detained on suspicion of driving under the influence, providing alcohol to a minor, and breaking the terms of his restricted license. According to reports obtained by People, Biermann was later freed on a $5,120 bond.
