Legal Battles
Chyna filed a $100 million lawsuit against the Kardashians for slander and alleged interference with her E! contract while Rob has been struggling with his ex-girlfriend over custody of the child. Chyna said last year that her E! program, 'Rob & Chyna', was terminated after one season in 2017 as a result of a family plot against her. The jury ruled in favor of the renowned family in May 2022, rejecting Chyna's accusations that the former E! stars destroyed her TV career. The jury had decided not to provide the 34-year-old celebrity any compensation, according to The US Sun.
The jury found that the Kardashians did not behave "reasonably and in good faith to protect their own economic interests" even if they were not required to pay damages. Chyna's lawyer, Lynne Ciani, informed reporters outside the courthouse that they will be appealing the verdict.
