ATLANTA, GEORGIA: '1000-lb Best Friends' star Tina Arnold has been praised by fans for her inspirational body confidence message. '1000lb Best Friends' returned to TLC with the premiere of season two and more insight into the weight loss journeys of four friends.
TLC star Tina recently took to social media and called out people for being too focused on outer beauty. She shared a collage of two photos and revealed that people think she looks prettier and skinnier in one of them. Tina slammed such people and admitted the only differences in the two pictures are hair extensions and camera angle. She also added, "I am beautiful no matter what."

The '1000-LB Best Friends' star shared a beautiful message on Instagram. She clapped back at all the people who prioritize outer beauty over who an individual is as a person. She slammed the trolls who think real beauty is all about a person's look. She posted two of her pictures side by side and said "It’s so funny to me how things work. I look at these photos and I see me… just me, in both pictures. There are no filters, I don’t do the whole filter thing, (unless it’s a fun Snapchat thing that someone talks me into trying), because I am absolutely confident in my natural beauty (Love my freckles and my poofy red cheeks). But other people look at these pictures and see something else; Some see one as being a younger photo of me. Some see one as me being heavier and/or skinnier. Some see one as being prettier than the other. Literally, the ONLY differences in the two photos, are hair extensions and angle. 🤯Same girl, same age, same weight… hair length, and camera angle."
She further went on and explained that it's what lies on the inside that matters, people should be focusing on the personality of a person. In her Instagram caption, she added, "I am beautiful no matter what. I was handed great genetics, my parents are beautiful. My brother is beautiful too. But really, it’s what’s on the inside that matters. And I’m happy with who I am. 🥰. We put far too much emphasis on what we and others look like, and not near enough focus on who we are as people. How we treat others, how we treat ourselves and our surroundings.. that’s where real beauty comes in. You can be supermodel gorgeous, but if your personality stinks and you treat others like s**t you’re ugly. And vice versa. We should spend more time concentrating on becoming the very best versions of ourselves, the rest will fall into place."
