Will taking off clothes help Tina
Tina thinks that it's time for her to start thinking of herself. In the recently dropped sneak peek clip of TLC, the star was seen walking down the pool in her black and white bikini. As she dived deep into the water, her best friends stood beside the pool watching her act differently. Vanessa wondered, "Is she (Tina) spiraling right now?" Tina, with her serious face on, claimed, "I need to take better care of myself." She added, "I just need to shed my skin, and I can't do that so the next best thing is to take off my clothes." Seeing Tina swim with a tense face, Vanessa said, "Can I ask what are you doing?" Tina replied to this, "I always put f**king everybody on first and so I put me on the back burner and I can't just ever gonna be f**king free." Therefore, in order to free herself tonight Tina dived into the water. She says, "I'm done putting the fear. I'm done with it. I'm putting me first."
Will Tina say yes to bariatric surgery?

It is high time for Tina and she has realized that she needs to move forward in her life. The star says that she is done putting her fear forward. "My fear of bariatric surgery has been one dime on the table and the complications that can happen afterward, but I can't let that dictate my life anymore," said Tina in a personal interview. She further claimed that she feels "the benefits of the surgery are going to far outweigh the risk."
Tina wants to look forward to her life as a skinny person. She feels that slim people have a whole different world. "I wanna see how the other side lives," said Tina.
