Jazz Jennings has grown up on television and her life has been like an open book for the audience to see. After getting her gender affirmation surgery last season, Jazz is a step closer to being who she had always wanted to be.
However, this is not the end of her journey. The reality star has to face the struggles of being a teenager while juggling with her college choices and what she wants from life.

Plot
Jazz Jennings is coming back for another season to share her story with her fans. In this Season, Jazz will undergo another gender affirmation surgery. Jazz will also have to handle her life as a teenager as her senior year comes close to an end and she has to make a big decision about going to Harvard University or faraway Pomona College.
To add to things, Jazz is also chosen as the valedictorian and feels the pressure of delivering an inspiring speech. While she juggles to find a perfect balance between personal and school life, Jazz will be making some big decisions this season.
Cast
Jazz Jennings will be returning to the show and taking viewers on a ride as she faces her life as a transgender teenager. Returning to the show will be her family members — mom Jeanette Jennings, dad Greg Jennings, sister Ari Jennings, and brothers Sander Jennings and Griffen Jennings.

It is a special year for the Jennings and with all of them graduating and moving forward in life, Jeanette and Greg are emotional. At the same time, the family waits for Jazz to undergo a third surgery for gender affirmation and the family is sticking by her side like always.
