Plot
'Huda Boss' chronicles the life of the famous Huda Kattan, a 34-year-old makeup blogger turned CEO of the iconic Huda Beauty brand. She presents a raw, unfiltered look into what it takes to run a successful global makeup empire with family members. Her sisters Alya and Mona play a key role both on the business front and in her life. Her COO husband Chris tries to help Huda strike a balance between work and family. In season 1 of 'Huda Beauty,' we witnessed the brand scrapping off their concealer release when Huda felt that the quality of the product was not up to the mark. The season also extensively covered Mona's single life and Huda finding it challenging to give time to her family.
Season 2's trailer hinted at more drama and fun in the Huda world. The brand has moved its base from Dubai to LA, and Huda plans for making her brand a major success in the US market. They also seem to be working on an eyeliner launch, so we will have to wait and watch to see if the eyeliner gets the final seal of approval from Huda or if it too will be scrapped like the concealer project from season 1. On the family front, Mona announces her engagement and her family seems to be skeptical about her choice. Season 2 already looks very promising.
