Spoilers for Season 2 of 'How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)'

"Is this the actual ending of the whole series? It ended so abruptly," an angry viewer of the show said on Reddit. "It just... ended?" another confused fan of the show had commented. Clearly, the Season 2 finale of Netflix's German Original 'How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)' hadn't been received all that well, or at all.

Fans of the show are finding it incomprehensible that it chose to end like that. The entire season was built up for a neat conclusion but somewhere down the line, the creators thought it better to introduce to gaps and completely abandon the arcs they set out on. Needless to say, it upset fans. "I seriously hope we get another season. This series is amazing. Would be a shame to leave it at that last scene," a fan of the show commented.

Moritz Zimmermann (Maximilian Mundt) might be the smartest person in the room, but the conclusion to his story and the story of MyDrugs seemed abrupt. We attempted to detail the concluding events of the show, which only leads us to believe there's more.

"The pacing at the end was tremendously fast, no room to breathe. I thought they were gonna pull another *haha just joke let's go back to 10 days earlier* shenanigans any time," a viewer mirrored our thoughts. The lies Moritz laid around himself and his brainchild MyDrugs finally catch up with him and threaten to take down everything one by one. This is not welcome news for him and he does everything in his power and more to keep control of the situation until he's no longer in control.

The final scenes of the series show Moritz completing this interview with Netflix and then being taken away by cops. It's well known by now that the real-life teenager who was the inspiration behind the series also visited the sets of the show. "Everything will be okay in the end," he looks into the camera and says, "If it's not okay, it's not the end." This meta element is irksome and only adds to the confusion: is there a new season here or not?

Yet there's always hope for a fandom. "If it is anything like the second season we can expect the announcement in about 5-6 weeks."

An interesting trivia, however, to perhaps make up for the finale. Season 2 dropped yesterday — a Tuesday, which many fans also pointed out to be weird on Netflix's end. Why would the streaming service drop a show like this, which is perfect for a weekend watch on a Tuesday? As it turns out, Tuesday was the National Memorial Day for Drug-related deaths in Germany.

That explains it since even though the show is a comedy, 'How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)' continues to serve as a warning for those eager to jump in the drug business. All two seasons of 'How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)' are currently streaming on Netflix.
