On April 21, 2024, the 'Sister Wives' star used her Instagram page to give an enlightening and heartwarming update regarding the beloved feline companions of her departed son, Garrison. Sharing a series of captivating photographs, she showcased the joyous existence of these extraordinary cats living their best lives.
"Garrison’s cats, Catthew and Patches are thriving at Logan and Michelle’s place and Ms Boots is living her best life with Aspyn and Mitch," she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
She concluded the caption by writing, "It was awesome that we could continue to take care of them like he would."

‘Sister Wives’ star Garrison Brown adopted a new cat a week before his death
Garrison Brown appeared to be in good spirits and eager to share some news just six days before his unexpected death. Then, he shared a picture of himself with his newly adopted cat, Ms Buttons. This cat now lives with two other cats in their household.
"Newest edition to my home, Ms Buttons. She’s 9 years old and was on the line for euthanasia but my savior complex couldn’t suffice," he simply captioned the post.
In the first picture that was shared, Garrison can be seen joyfully cradling his adorable feline companion, Mr Buttons, in his arms, while sporting a wide, beaming smile on his face.
Moving on to the second image, it depicted a delightful scene where three cats, in perfect harmony, were lounging together and curiously gazing towards the cameras capturing their precious moments.

How did ‘Sister Wives’ star Garrison Brown die?
Robert Garrison Brown, the son of Janelle and Kody Brown, sadly died at 25 years old, reportedly due to suicide. Garrison was found dead in his apartment on March 5, 2024, where he lived independently after leaving his parents' home.
The Flagstaff Police Department told TMZ that Garrison's brother, Gabriel Brown, discovered his body and immediately contacted the authorities.
Then, Garrison's mother, Janelle Brown, announced the sad news of her son's death on Instagram. She shared photos of him in his military uniform during training, as well as a picture was taken during his vacation in Spain.
"Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown. He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him," she wrote.
Janelle added, "His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory."

After Garrison Brown passed away, he was posthumously recognized and celebrated by the High Country Humane Animal Shelter. The Arizona organization expressed their heartfelt condolences on Instagram for Brown, who tragically passed away at the young age of 25.
In a touching tribute, the local animal shelter announced that they have dedicated their cat adoption room to Garrison as a way to commemorate his passion and care for the cats housed at the shelter.
The organization said, “Today, we honor Robert Garrison Brown for his love and compassion towards cats and all animals by naming our Cat Adoption Room after him and the cats he loved and adopted from us."
“Garrison, your memory has touched so many lives already and will continue to do so here at High Country Humane for years to come. Thank you for sharing your passion for animals with us, we will remember you always," they added.
