Plot
Set in the late 1990s in Brighton, England, the story starts with the arrival of Patrick, an elderly invalid and museum curator at the home of heterosexual married couple Tom (Styles), a handsome policeman, and Marion (Corrin), a schoolteacher.
The incident results in a passionate reigniting of events from a relationship between Tom and Patrick from 40 years before, during a time when homosexuality was illegal. The film is set to employ a flashback structure to tell the story, according to Collider.
