MONTECITO, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's children are making their public TV debut. The Netflix documentary about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, 'Harry & Meghan,' which debuted on December 8, featured cameos from Archie Harrison, 3, and Lilibet Diana, 1.

On a balcony overlooking a pool in episode two of the show, Harry and Archie shared a tender moment as numerous hummingbirds flitted about them. "We won't get a chance to be this close to hummingbirds ever again," Harry is shown saying to Archie. "Why?" replied son Archie. "Just watch. Because they are scared of humans," continued Harry while staring at the beautiful birds in awe. "These guys, look at them."

Archie, like most young children, is not interested in what his father has to say. He stoops down and looks at his feet rather than the birds. "I've got a dirty foot mama!" he said to Meghan, who is present offscreen. "Because I was with you!"

"You've got a dirty foot sweetheart?" Meghan replied with laughter. "Papa is a bird watcher so this is a really big moment for him." The scene, then, shifts to Harry reading a story to Lilibet as she sits on his lap on a white couch along with a few of the family dogs, as reported by PEOPLE.

"What's most important for the two of us is to make sure that we don't repeat the same mistakes that perhaps our parents made," Harry said as the camera cuts to a black and white photo of Meghan sitting barefoot in a nursery with Archie and reading him a story. "There's so much I think from anyone's childhood that you bring with you into the present," added Meghan. "Especially when you're the product of divorce."

Another scene from the episode features Harry humming and whistling the music from 'Snow White' as Archie goes ahead of him up a short hill while holding a large stick. Archie, who is casually attired in a light brown sweater and bright blue pants, is then seen chasing a black puppy before pausing to observe a donkey and enjoying a snack.

Just two days after his birth, Meghan and Harry introduced their son Archie at a picture call at Windsor Castle in May, 2019. The world was introduced to their daughter, Lili, whose name is Queen Elizabeth's childhood nickname, in the family's 2021 holiday card. To commemorate their daughter's first birthday, which was observed in the UK when the couple attended Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, Meghan and Harry unveiled a portrait of her in June 2021.

The Duchess of Sussex spoke about the "morning rush" she experiences at her Montecito, California home with her two young children in an episode of her Archetypes podcast that was released last month.

"I'm sure it'll only get more chaotic as they get older," she said on the podcast. "But for me, it's, you know, both monitors on for the kids to hear them, always up with Lili, get her downstairs, then a half hour later, Archie's up. I start doing his lunchbox right before he's up while I have her, getting her a little nibble. My husband's helping me get him downstairs. I make breakfast for all three of them. It's very important to me. I love doing it," she said. "To me, it just feels like the greatest way to start the morning."
