'Harley Quinn' is all set to make its return to a brand new Gotham, where chaos rules and villains take over. Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco), after defeating the Joker (Alan Tudyk), now lives in a Gotham City that's been bombed to devastation. With Batman (Diedrich Bader), it's time for the villains to take charge - but they're very much planning to keep Harley Quinn out of the picture. For her part though, Harley Quinn is not about to take that lying down.

Harley Quinn is going to have to put in a lot of work to clear her reputation as a Gotham sidekick, despite the career she has made for herself in the Legion of Doom. The new Injustice League is made up of largely Gotham villains, who've worked with her largely in a Joker's-sidekick capacity. With her crew by her side, though, Harley Quinn is very much a villain and leader in her own right.

A clip released by DC Universe shows Harley captured by the Penguin (Wayne Knight) in a block of ice. The clip shows just how much it pays to not underestimate Harley Quinn, and how the new season is going to be just as bloody and violent as ever. You can watch the clip below.

The official 'Harley Quinn' Twitter account also released a short (no pun intended) clip that sees Robin (Jacob Tremblay) taking on the Batman identity - but his father left a very, very big costume to fill, and Robin might not be quite up to the task - even if he is Gotham's last hope. With things gone this sour in New Gotham, Commissioner Jim Gordon (Christopher Meloni) might have to take the law into his own hands - or worse, seek aid from Harley and her crew. You can check out the clip below.

It looks like an all-new, all villainous Gotham, and Harley Quinn is going to have to work harder than ever to make her way to the top. She may be up to the task, but it's going to be a hell of a climb on her way there.

The new season of 'Harley Quinn' premieres April 3, on DC Universe.
