'Happy heavenly birthday': 'Southern Charm' star Olivia Flowers' heartbreaking tribute to brother Connor
CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: Olivia Flowers breaks silence days after the death of her brother Conner Flowers. 'Southern Charm' star shared a heart-wrenching post on what would have been Conner's 32nd birthday while sharing a picture of him on her Instagram handle wishing him a 'Happy Heavenly Birthday Conner,' on Friday, January 10. Conner Flowers died on January 30 at his home on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina, the cause of death has yet not been revealed.
"I’ve been avoiding the post and anything else that makes losing you our new reality…but I want to wish you a Happy Heavenly Birthday Conner. Mom, Dad, and I love you and are here on earth missing you. #33," the reality TV star wrote in the caption of the heartfelt message posted on her Instagram page. Olivia also thanked everyone who had expressed condolences."Thank you to all those who have reached out and been so helpful during this time," she added. "To be surrounded by those who knew and loved Conner all week was a gift in itself. We are so grateful for all your messages - please know they haven’t gone unseen."

In the post, Olivia shared a picture of Conner pointing to the distance while standing next to her and their mother.
Conner Flowers death
Conner was born in Greenville, South Carolina, on February 9, 1990. He passed away on January 30, 2023, and his funeral in South Carolina took place on February 4th, a Saturday. Thomas Ravenel, a co-star in Olivia's Southern Charm, made the announcement of Conner's passing.
Since then, he has removed both this post and all of his other Instagram entries. "RIP Conner Flowers, 2/9/1990–1/30/2023," Thomas wrote. "Words can't rightfully describe how rare and remarkable you were. You will be terribly missed by those to whom you were so kind and selfless." "My sincerest sympathies to your broken-hearted family,"' Thomas wrote. Thomas posted pictures of Conner with the touching message.
'A remarkable young man'
Conner's death was confirmed by the family last week in a statement to ET. "Conner was a remarkable young man, with the gift of compassion and love for others, earning him friends everywhere he went," his family said in a statement. "His values were seeded in his faith and in his family. We know his absence will be felt by many for years to come. Please respect our privacy while we grieve the overwhelming loss of our son and brother."
Conner died on January 30 at his home in the Isle of Palms, south of Charleston, South Carolina, according to Page Six, which obtained a statement from Bobbi Jo O'Neal, the coroner for Charleston County. "The manner and cause of death are pending," the statement read, adding that the local police department is "investigating," according to the coroner's office.
'Privacy is number one'
The co-stars of 'Southern Charm' also offered Olivia support after learning of Conner's passing. "As friends of the Flowers family, we have all been asked to stand around them and ask you to please respect their need for privacy so that they may grieve the loss of their loved one," Leva Bonaparte wrote on her Instagram Story. Taylor Ann Green, Olivia's close friend on the show, wrote, "Privacy is number one. Please keep in mind that this is a heartbreaking and grieving time for them."
