Halsey and BTS member Suga's new single Suga's Interlude has fans raving
After hinting that she would be dropping two songs from her album 'Manic', singer Halsey delivered on that promise on December 7.
"Two very different songs. Two very dreamy stories," she tweeted.
At midnight, Halsey released 'Suga's Interlude', which featured BTS's Suga (Min Yoongi). The song is an emotional one and sees the BTS member rapping in Korean while Halsey sings.
Fans were in love with the song and couldn't help raving about it. "#SUGAsInterlude is killing me, i've stopped breathing ever since bts and halsey collaborated but i've never been so dead when Suga's Interlude came out..." one fan tweeted.
"I just can't stop listening to it. I don't even know how to describe what it makes me feel. It's just beautiful. The melody, the lyrics, Yoongi's deep voice and Halsey's beautiful voice. It's so amazing," wrote another fan.
"Suga's rap here is deep and crisp. And the song is so comforting that it's just calming me down unlike always. The song is cozy and feels like it's a lullaby to a person who's lost in life and wants to seek comfort. Halsey voice is lovely and addictive @BTS_twt @halsey," another fan said.
"This song is a piece of art. Yoongi’s part was just beautiful. The song hit really hard, thank you so so much for this song," a fan tweeted.
Fans clearly appreciated that Suga chose to rap in Korean on Halsey's track.
"I also want to thank @halsey for letting Yoongi create this song and rap in Korean on it. She put her trust in him, and mind that this album is very personal and important for her and it’s really heartwarming seeing they together made this masterpiece. On repeat #SUGAsInterlude."
Halsey has collaborated with the popular K-Pop band earlier this year on the song titled 'Boy With Luv.'
'Manic' is expected to release on January 17.
