Grammys 2020: Hildur Guðnadóttir wins Best Score Soundtrack for 'Chernobyl' beating 'Avengers: Endgame'
The series 'Chernobyl' stirred emotions of fans around the world in 2019, and one of the reasons being its soundtrack. Hildur Guðnadóttir won Best Score soundtrack for a visual media at the Grammys 2020.
It was a tough battle as she was up against Alan Silvestri for his rousing soundtrack in 'Avengers: Endgame'. The other nominations in the category were:

The Grammys 2020 has begun in full swing, and it was kicked off by Lizzo's tribute to Kobe Bryant, who died in a helicopter crash on January 26. After her mesmerising performance, Alicia Keys took over with an emotional speech for Kobe as well.
Lizzo leads the nominations with eight nods and has won the award for Best Traditional R & B performance and Best Urban Contemporary Album.
Reggae superstar Koffee made history by becoming the youngest reggae act and also the first female artist to win the Grammy. Her song 'Rapture' topped the chart for at least 32 weeks after debuting at number one.
The Grammys is being held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and is being streamed live on CBS, currently.
