Julian’s Jerome (William deVry) demising seems to be edging closer and closer, especially when he will be cornered by Sonny Corinthos(Maurice Benard) with a gun. Instead of shooting Julian directly in the head though Sonny will present an ultimatum to Julian. We all know what Sonny is about to say. He lets Julian know that what Julian has on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is the only reason that he is still alive - essentially Julian might the only one that could help put Cyrus in jail. So what will Julian choose?

Spoilers reveal that Julian will not like the ultimatum he's five, if he comes clean he could die, if he doesn't he could die - so neither option is looking good for him. What he will try to do is run even though that could mean that Sonny could shoot him. Fans are even expecting Julian to figure out how he is going to plan to get away but that doesn't mean the enemies he made will stop chasing him. He hurt a lot of people with the Floating Rib Explosion - fans don't want him to get away with it and it doesn't look like Sonny will let him. Either way, as Julian prepares to leave the show, we're expecting some crazy moments in the upcoming episodes.

While Julian desperately tries to figure out what to do, Cyrus will meet with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) - he will tell her to do some things but she'll ask him what he's up to. “Wouldn’t that put the hospital’s reputation at risk?” Britt can be heard saying on the Monday, December 14, 2020, promo. Of course, knowing Cyrus, he will try to make Britt see his perspective of things but will that work is the qustions since Britt will be working with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) behind Cyrus' back.

As for what's going to happen other than the Julian drama, the official synopsis reads, "Sonny delivers Julian an ultimatum. Cyrus enlists Brit in her role as GH Chief of Staff for his latest endeavor. Maxie wants only what’s best for Deception. Obrecht’s interest is piqued. Tracy’s plan backfires."
