SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: 'Frankly Speaking' in a week is going to return with Episode 9, promising to delve deeper into the tangled web surrounding Song Ki-baek (Go Kyung-pyo), On Woo-ju (Kang Han-na), and Kim Jeong-heon (Joo Jong-Hyuk).

Episode 8 of 'Frankly Speaking' throws our characters into a whirlwind of post-kiss awkwardness and professional challenges. Woo-ju and Ki-baek struggle with the afterglow of their kiss, navigating shyness and blushing encounters.

Meanwhile, Woo-ju's production team faces financial woes. Luckily, Ki-baek jumps in to save the day by starring in a chaotic restaurant show. Here, he grapples with a furious customer, slowly uncovering a staged situation for views.

Kim Jeong-heon, on the other hand, throws himself into work, but flashbacks reveal a past conversation with Woo-ju that continues to haunt him. The episode throws in a few more curveballs. Woo-ju's mom deals with a demanding client, while Min Cho-hui is revealed to be manipulating things behind the scenes.

A reunion of all the 'Couples Paradise' participants leads to unexpected interactions. Ki-baek meets Jeong-heon's talent agency head (also Jeong-heon's mom!), sparking a conversation about potential freelance work.

Later, Jeong-heon visits Woo-ju's salon, getting grilled by her mom about past lies during their relationship. A flashback shows Woo-ju's heartbreak upon overhearing a conversation about another woman, fueling suspicions of infidelity.

Jeong-heon's past deception will also come under scrutiny. Woo-ju's mom likely won't let him off the hook easily, and his actions might further complicate the love triangle. Ki-baek's burgeoning feelings will demand action.
