Florence + The Machine will drop their latest album, the highly anticipated 'High As Hope', in just 10 days. Ahead of the June 29 release (the same day Gorillaz are set to drop 'The Now Now'), the Florence Welch lead indie rockers have just shared their powerful new single 'Big God'. The track was produced by Florence and Emilie Haynie, co-written by Jamie xx, and features contributions from saxophone legend Kamasi Washington.

The single serves as a follow up to the two previously previewed songs from the album - 'Hunger' and 'Sky Full of Song', the former of which Florence also performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. As Rolling Stone aptly puts it, 'Big God' "mixes a low, plaintive piano melody with sparse and steady percussion, and finds Florence Welch lost in the throes of a new love and longing for a response to a text message."

The upcoming album, 'High As Hope' will be the London based outfit's fourth studio album and follows 2016’s’ ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful‘. The new track was previously confirmed to be arriving today (June 19) in a post on the band’s official Twitter page. “BIG GOD. Tomorrow. @ZaneLowe @Beats1 World Record,” the tweet read. The artwork for the single was also featured, showing a pink rose reflected on a black background.

Florence + The Machine are currently hitting the festival circuit, with gigs at Osheaga, Outside Lands, and Life Is Beautiful on the horizon. They also have a full North American tour mapped out for the fall. Find tickets here. Support on those dates comes from St. Vincent, Lizzo, Perfume Genius, Kamasi Washington, Grizzly Bear, and more.

Check out their full upcoming itinerary below, and also check out the cover art for the new single via the band's official Twitter page.
