From a plus-size gamer duo, a couple fascinated with plastic surgery to a pair that loves BDSM so much they are looking for their next submissive, a lot went down on this week's episode of 'Extreme Love'.

Over the past few weeks, ever since 'Extreme Love' premiered on We TV, we were introduced to extreme couples who have fetishes and kinks that are bizarre and rarely heard of.  While some of these fetishes might be the same as what people have in common, these couples live their lives based on them. They live in their kinks 24/7.

Back again this week we were introduced to a new bunch of couples who have weird fetishes and kinks. But the two who stood out amongst them were Dr David and Veronica Matlock, a couple fascinated with plastic surgery.

Dr David is a plastic surgeon who fell in love with his now-wife after she went to him to get a vaginoplasty done after she gave birth to her daughter. Claiming it was love at first sight, Dr David had a whole list of surgeries he wanted to do on Veronica, and she complied.

He created his perfect woman and then married her. After he asked her if she would be interested in what was a wonder woman surgery, things took off from there, and the surgeries she has undergone include the vaginoplasty, liposuction and a Brazillian butt lift.

The second extreme standout couple we were introduced to was a couple who loves BDSM so much they went out in public looking for their next submissive. Tank and Ellez meet Rae who shares an interest in being this BDSM couple's slave and serving those higher than her.

For her audition, Tank and Ellez want to see the positions Rae can execute if she wants to be their love slave. The very first position he shows her is the attention position because that is what they expect their submissive to give them. The other position also includes the cross position where she is tied up and whipped.

The submissive is also not allowed to climax till they tell her too. Though Rae looked like she was enjoying it, fans claim otherwise. Taking to Twitter after this week's episode fans reveal they are over these two couples, because of their extreme love. "Yo this #extremelove show stresses me out. #nah," a fan wrote.

"I feel so uncomfortable watching the BDSM couple and this girl faking her way through it. #ExtremeLove," a fan wrote. Another shared, "Umm that episode of #extremelove was a little extreme and should of been on HBO or Cinemax."

"I think the new bdsm girl is faking for her life so that they stop beating her ass. That looks painful. #extremelove," a fan wrote. Adding to that another said, "I’d get all the free surgery I could from the douche bag and then divorce his ass!! #extremelove."

"Dr David fell in love with the idea of remodeling your body Veronica. You were his project. #ExtremeLove," a fan wrote. Another said, "I need to get up and find the remote because I’m over #extremelove."

'Extreme Love' airs every Friday night only on WeTV. Check your local listings for more information.
