This week 'Extreme Love' is back with a lot of extreme love.

Couple Madeline and Malachi are as affectionate towards each other as they are for their 50 plastic children (dolls). The dolls are stationed in one room and are looked after, talked to occasionally, and have been named even. As Madeline guides the production through the doll room, she explains some of the character traits of the dolls.

One would think it's a dream, but the pair is very serious about the dolls and consider them an extremely integral part of their lives. For Madeline's birthday, they are going above and beyond to get their kids groomed and ready for guests, mostly friends. The couple went out shopping and took their dolls with them so that the clothes they picked would be of the right size.

Later, Madeline is seen making blueberry muffins at the kitchen island with two of her dolls seated close by. She even makes one of them pour a jar of blueberry into the batter as Malachi clicks pictures of them. The couple even takes the dolls out for a walk at the patio.

However, they are a bit anxious about their friends meeting the dolls for the first time. Mike, for example, is a bit taken aback by what is going on in the house. In the green-room interview, he admits that it's difficult to put into words what he had just seen because the dolls seem to be very lifelike.

Meanwhile, fans are creeped out.

"These people are weird.... 50 dolls??  #extremelove," a fan wrote, while another shared: "Having dolls pretend to be real kids makes people get an impression the parents are weird! #extremelove." "I like dolls, but these people are creepy. #extremelove," another user pointed out.

In another segment, the show focusses on Laurence and Kate - an interesting couple who have been with each other and with others and have been happy in their relationship of over 4 years. Before Laurence met Kate, he was a one-woman man, but now he enjoys the new lifestyle and the world Kate has helped him open himself to.

But, they have struggles of their own. Even though they share a sweet love story, there are issues that need sorting.

Laurence, Kate (We TV)

Kate is an exotic dancer and a swinger. She belongs to a traditional eastern family and for her to even chose a profession like this was a big deal.

However, the couple heads to her family home for thanksgiving so that she can have an open chat with everyone and understand where they stand in each other's lives.

Kate's parents weren't happy with her decision to become a stripper but there's only so much they can do. But, at the dinner, they and her extended relatives made an effort to understand how she leads her life. Kate's mother even helped her pick lingerie for the Young Swinger's Week in Jamaica.

The family has a happy, understanding ending with everyone knowing their space in each other's lives.
