People reports that the 48-year-old actress, who has spoken up about menopause, was joined by Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston on the March 27 broadcast of 'The Drew Barrymore Show' when she began to sweat profusely. She added, "I am so hot, I think I'm having my first perimenopause hot flashes."

'I have this moment documented'
Barrymore quickly took off her blazer and fanned herself, saying, "I am so hot, I think I'm having my first perimenopause hot flashes. For the first time, I think I'm having my first hot flash. Whoa!" Aniston, 54, jokingly responded that she felt "so honored" by the encounter.
After previously being open about menopause, Barrymore stated that she was "glad" to have it caught on film. The 'Scream' actress quipped and said, "Well, I'm so glad I have this moment documented."

Barrymore spoke candidly earlier this month about the moment she knew she was experiencing her perimenopause. As per Us Weekly, the California native, who has two daughters with her ex-husband Will Kopelman, Oliver, 10, and Frankie, 8, said to Gayle King on CBS Mornings, "I realized that I was in perimenopause when I started having my period every two weeks." King, for her part, applauded Barrymore for deciding to address the topic in public.
