LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Drake had many people wondering if he had managed to pull off the practically impossible, which was to get Kim Kardashian to pose in a promo shot with him. While the woman in the photo with Drake clearly evoked comparisons to Kim, TMZ revealed the identity of the mystery woman.

Drake released 'Search & Rescue' on Friday, April 7, the latest track in a long line of singles with artwork that featured him and an unidentified woman donning helmets with face shields.

Who is the mystery woman in Drake's song? 

Drake is known for taking jabs at individuals in his tracks. His new song 'Search & Rescue' is apparently all about Kanye West and Kim's controversial separation as it features dialogues of Kim talking about divorce. This brings the listeners to the 'Search & Rescue' album cover image, which shows Drake wearing a motorbike helmet next to an unidentified woman. Fans immediately noticed a resemblance between the woman's looks and those of Kim. One user said, "Nah drake crazy for posting this." While another added, "Draked added a sample of Kim Kardashian on "Search and Rescue" and she approved the clearance to troll Kanye holy." 

The mystery woman was confirmed to be Lilah, an artist who has previously received high praise from OVO, as per TMZ. Regarding Kim's voice, Drake used a clip from 'The Kardashians' on Hulu, an episode aired in 2021, in which she discusses how messy her divorce from Kanye was. 

Who is Lilah?

A lot of women struggle to be unapologetically themselves because I don’t believe the world is in a state where women are comfortable to do that, and are fully allowed to do that," she shares with Notion. Lilah is "out here doing it for the women" because she wants to make a society where female artists can be rockstars—brazen and rebellious by nature.

Drake's long list of references to Kim Kardashian

The executive producer of 'Euphoria' has rarely refrained from implying a relationship between himself and the founder of SKIMS in his lyrics. Drake's 2018 single 'In My Feelings' had the famous lyric, "Kiki, do you love me?" Many fans speculated that the singer of 'Certified Lover Boy' was probably alluding to Kim through the song because her family members sometimes refer to her as "Kiki."

Again in 2021, the musician made several references to the mother-of-four in a song called 'Wants and Needs'. "I'm from the four, but I love me a threesome/ DM her, delete it, she my lil' secret/ He tryna diss me to blow up, I peep it/ I can't respond, we just go at your people," reads a part of the song lines.
