ORLANDO, FLORIDA: Drake Bell reportedly threatened suicide prior to his disappearance on Wednesday. He was struggling with suicidal thoughts after falling out with his wife.
A police officer called 911 to report the incident. Recordings of the call obtained by TMZ revealed that Drake Bell had been messaging his relatives in California, claiming that he was going to "get drunk and hang himself."

Police launched searches stating he was 'endangered'
Daytona Beach Police Department on Wednesday launched urgent searches for 'Amanda Bynes Show' alum, 36, on Thursday. They announced on Facebook that Drake was 'endangered' as they posted his missing report. "Officers are looking for Jared Bell, DOB 06/27/1986. He should be traveling in a 2022 grey BMW and his last known location is potentially the area of Mainland High School on 4/12/2023 just before 9 pm. He is considered missing and endangered." He was ultimately found safe and 'unharmed' on Thursday. Police spotted him near a local high school in Daytona Beach, Florida.
'Basically, there is a celebrity who had a falling out with his wife'
Police claim that they became involved after learning about the "possible attempted suicide" from the families. In the 911 call, the officer spoke with another department trying to get a location on Drake's cell phone stating, "Basically, there is a celebrity who had a falling out with his wife." The police then pinged the unnamed person's phone which came back to the hotel in Orlando as per the report. The outer reported the call was made by one of the Alums.

Soon after the former Nickelodeon star was found, he took to Twitter and made fun of the search. "You leave your phone in the car and don’t answer for the night and this?." However, as per the New York Post, deputies said they “took action” to ensure Bell received a “mental health evaluation.”

The singer of 'Found a Way' has recently had to deal with some personal troubles, as Page Six reported in January that he and his estranged wife, Janet Von Schmeling, were separating. It's believed that the 911 call that was made public alludes to the marital conflict.
Bell was spotted hanging out with his little son the day before he vanished at SeaWorld in Orlando. At the theme park, an onlooker who identified himself as a fan told TMZ that the actor appeared "nice," "soft-spoken," and "fine."
