LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Actress Amanda Bynes was spotted on a night out stroll in Hollywood on St Patrick's Day, a few days before she was placed on a psychiatric hold after she was found roaming around the streets naked in Los Angeles.

The former Nickelodeon star was seen walking with a fan on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday, March 17. She had no makeup on and was dressed in a black tee with a bone design, paired with joggers and sneakers, according to a report by the Daily Mail.

'We're just walking the streets'

In a video uploaded on TikTok, which was allegedly taken on the same night, the actress looked frail and tired, but she appeared normal and coherent.

"We're just walking the streets of Hollywood. It's St. Patrick's Day," the girl who claims to be Bynes' fan said in the video. She panned the camera toward the actress and instructed the star to say hi to the camera. "What's up?" Bynes mumbled. At the end of the video, Bynes gave a shy grin and a wave.

Just before her psychiatric episode

This video was recorded less than two days before she would be found wandering naked and alone in the streets of Los Angeles. The All That star called 911 on herself and was taken away by the police to a nearby station, where she consulted with a psychiatrist, who later placed her on a 5150 psychiatric hold, which was supposed to last 72 hours and can even be extended depending on the patient's need.

Bynes is currently hospitalized and will likely receive care for several days. She is not believed to have been hurt during the incident. Paul Michael, her former fiance claims that she had gone 'off her meds' before she was put on a psychiatric hold.

Prior to the psychiatric episode, Bynes canceled her first public appearance in 8 years with the rest of the 'All That' castmates at '90s Con on March 18 due to an unknown illness. She has yet to publicly address the health concern that prevented her from going, but just two months ago, the actress told People that she was really excited to reunite with her cast mates and meet the fans, 23 years after the original show ended.
